Simply Sweet Baby Sweater
This tutorial video shows the second section of the Simply Sweet Baby Sweater, which is the yoke, including all the raglan increases. It follows along with the written pattern, and you will need to refer to the pattern for specific stitch counts for the various sizes. You can find the Simply Sweet Baby Sweater pattern here.

This sweater is being released in 5 sections as part of the Simply Sweet Raglan Baby Sweater KAL. This is section 2. As I release each new section, I will add it to the pattern post. So that post will always have the most up to date and most complete version of the pattern. Check the KAL post to see when each section will be released and to find the tutorial links for the previous sections.

Needles and Yarn
For this knit along project, I am using Knit Picks Brava worsted weight yarn, and Knit Picks Prism Options interchangeable needles.

Knit picks sent me both the needles and the case to review, and to use for this knit along pattern. Enter the giveaway for a chance to win a set of the needles and a case too! See all the details in the main KAL post.
Section 2 Video Tutorial
After completing the collar, we are ready to start knitting in the round. The raglan shaping means we’re going to form the sleeve caps and increase for the body at the same time. The increases will effectively divide the yoke into 4 sections – front, back, and 2 sleeve caps.
The video starts with how to switch from rows to rounds. Then it goes into how to work the repeating pattern of increases for the raglan shaping. You can also find a more detailed tutorial for the make 1 right and make 1 left increases here.
