Stitches n Scraps, LLC (Stitches n Scraps) is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for our customers and readers. This document outlines the terms of use of https://StitchesnScraps.com and https://Shop.StitchesnScraps.com (the site) and the terms of sale of any products in the Stitches n Scraps shop (the shop). By using the site or shop, you agree to all the terms below. The terms may change from time to time, so please check back regularly.

Comments:

We love to read and respond to your comments! We reserve the right to edit or delete comments which are off-topic, include profanity or offensive language, or which we may otherwise feel are inappropriate. We may also remove any comments about pattern instructions that we feel may be confusing or misleading to other users. Comments from first-time commenters are held for moderation.

Social Sharing

Posting links from this site on Facebook, Pinterest, or other social media platforms is permitted (encouraged, fabulous, thank you!). Please be sure to share the relevant link and not just a picture or text copied from the site (no cutting and pasting please). 

For example, you’re more than welcome to “pin” a blog post, but may only use the images that are automatically populated when pinning that URL. You may neither substitute any other image, nor save an image from this site to your computer and then upload that image to Pinterest without prior permission.

Round Ups / Collections

If you would like to include one of my posts or patterns in a round up / listicle or other list type content, you may use the main (top) image, and link it to the post it came from. If you prefer to use a different image, please ask first. Do not include the text of the post.

Patterns

Patterns may be printed or reproduced for your own personal use only. You are welcome to sell items you make from these patterns, but you may not use the pattern photos, nor represent any affiliation with Pia Thadani or Stitches n Scraps.

Please refrain from distributing patterns in whole or in part (including the images used in the patterns) for any reason (including for teaching purposes) without prior written permission from Pia Thadani or Stitches n Scraps. If you would like to share a pattern with someone, please share only the link to the page or post, so they can visit the site and download their own copy.

Shop Policies

This section relates to the Stitches n Scraps shop.

US Orders Only

Due to shipping and tax concerns, we are only able to serve US customers at this time.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground package services. We strive to get all orders shipped out within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving them, not including weekends and holidays. If we are unable to ship your order within 1 week, we will notify you at the email provided at checkout.

Description Of Products

We do our best to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers. Most information in the product listings is taken from the manufacturer’s site or product labels. Please be careful when relying on information provided by us, and double check it against the manufacturer’s instructions before trusting it. We disclaim all liability arising from any reliance placed on the information.

Although it is our goal to keep the site as up-to-date as possible, the information, including descriptions, may not always be up-to-the-minute current exactly at the moment you place your order. If anything is materially different, we will notify you at the email address you provided. If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, we will assume you have accepted the change. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address for such communications.

Offers and Promotions

From time to time, Stitches n Scraps may run offers and promotions such as discount codes or sales. All Promotions are non-transferable, subject to availability and specified expiration times are final. No cash alternative will be offered. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items or clearance stock, unless otherwise stated. Each Promotion may be run with its own specific terms which will be specified in the promotion. In the case of a conflict with the terms in this section, the promotion terms shall prevail. In all cases, Stitches n Scraps reserves the right to change or withdraw offers, promotions, or sale items at any time and without prior notice.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We hope you love everything you order, but we understand that sometimes you may not.

For all goods other than digital or downloadable products, you may cancel your order if we have not already shipped it. In the unlikely event that there’s an error with a price or product description, we may cancel and refund your order.

If an order has been shipped, you may return new and unused products (other than digital or downloadable products) within 60 days. You are responsible for any costs involved in returning the product. Once we receive the returned product, in new and unused condition with any wrappers or labels intact, we will process the refund. If the product is returned in a damaged condition it may not be eligible for a refund. If your product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us to resolve the issue.

As it is impossible to “return” a digital/downloadable product, all sales of such products are final and are not eligible for refunds.
