Knitting Along 5 – Anthology Blanket by the Underground Crafter
The Anthology Blanket Knit Along is almost over! There are just 4 squares left. The squares are all fairly easy though, so there’s still time to catch up.
You’ve seen my first 5 squares, squares 6-10, squares 11-15, and squares 16-20. Here are squares 21-25. From left to right, top to bottom: Ridge Stitch, Ribbed Basketweave, Garter Zig Zag, Zipper Rib, and Waffle Rib.
I now only have the self striping yarn left, and I hope I have enough for the last few squares. The Garter Zig Zag stitch didn’t show up very well on the self striping yarn. I think it would have looked much nicer in a solid color. The rest of the squares all turned out nicely though.
I finally got around to blocking the squares I’ve made so far….all 26 of them. Next time I need to remember to do them in smaller batches – this was a lot of work!
I’ve also looked at joining techniques, and have decided what I’m going to do…but I’ll tell you about that in my next update.

I know right? I’m so happy it’s all coming together but at the same time I’m going to miss it once it’s done! You’ll catch up in no time I’m sure.
