What is Lunchtime Live?

Lunchtime Live is a weekly series of live videos on my YouTube channel. It’s a chance for us to chat about what’s new at Stitches n Scraps. Think of it as a video newsletter, where you can participate too! I start each episode with a look at the latest posts on the blog. Then I move on to any announcements and sneak peeks at what’s coming up in the following week. Finally, I end the episode with a demo or short tutorial.

For 2022, the demo portion will be a featured stitch of the week. I’ll show you a different stitch pattern each week, alternating between knit and crochet stitches.

Stitch of the Week: Knit Moss Stitch

This week’s stitch of the week is the knit moss stitch. It’s an easy, repetitive stitch that creates a squishy, reversible fabric. We’ll talk about working over even or odd numbers of stitches, and how to find your place in the pattern without having to keep track of each row.
