Jazzberry Baby Blanket Crochet Along - Week 5

It’s week 5 of the Jazzberry Baby Blanket Crochet Along. I’m actually posting this a day early, because I have a different post already scheduled for tomorrow.

We’re nearing the end of the blanket now, but there’s still a little time to join in if you haven’t started yet. If you’re new to the Intermeshing crochet technique, this is a wonderful project to learn on.

I don’t really have any new tips for this week, so here are a couple of reminders:

Section repeats:

Sections 7 & 8 are repeats of sections 3 & 4, just with different colors. I have still written each section out separately in the pattern.

For those of you who would like to work ahead, section 9 will be a repeat of section 5, and section 10 will be a repeat of section 6 (which is also the same as section 2). The color changes are listed in the Week 1 post.

Ask for help if you need it:

The Scrappy Stitchers Facebook group has been very helpful through the whole CAL! Post your questions there, and someone will be sure to help you. If you’re stuck or something isn’t working out right, please post a picture – that makes it much easier to help.

While I can’t be there all the time, I do check in periodically and answer any unanswered questions that I see. If you want to get my attention sooner, feel free to tag me in your post.
