My June CAL Progress

This month we are making the Ladybug Teapot Cozy by Annette Stewart. I’ve made it through the main parts of the cozy, with just the ladybug decorations left to do.

Pattern Modifications

There were several errors in the pattern, but the designer has since updated the instructions to correct them.

After working the bottom and body, I found that 2 strands held together felt too bulky for the body. I ripped out the body (leaving just the bottom doubled up), switched to a larger hook (J) and started again. I’m much happier with the result.

Group Progress

This group works fast! Several people have finished their cozies already. There are a few posted on the Ravelry group and the Pinterest page so far. Check them out!
