Mosaic Sampler Blanket Pattern

This tutorial video shows the fifth section of the Mosaic Sampler Blanket. The blanket pattern is divided into 6 sections, each with a different stitch pattern. It also includes instructions for 3 different sizes from a small baby blanket to a large afghan.

The video follows along with the written pattern, and you will need to refer to the pattern for specific stitch counts for the various sizes.

As I release each new section, I will add it to the pattern post. So that post will always have the most up-to-date and most complete version of the pattern. Check the MKAL post for the schedule and tutorial links for the previous sections.

Weaving in Ends

There’s only one section left before we’re done with the blanket. If you haven’t been weaving in your ends as you go, now would be a good time to catch up. Since this is a blanket, the back will show, so be sure to weave in your ends carefully.

Here’s a great tutorial on weaving in ends in garter stitch from Very Pink Knits. The duplicate stitch technique will give you a nearly invisible finish, so that both sides of your blanket will look great.
