Finish It Challenge update – Prizes!
There are only 5 days left in the 2014 Finish It Challenge and I couldn’t be more excited! Today I get to show you the prizes we have for the winners!
Claire, from Mollie & Claire, has provided this lovely blue skein of SparkLynne 4 ply sock yarn from The Knitting Goddess. It is a superwash merino / nylon blend, with just a touch of sparkle. Like all yarns from The Knitting Goddess, this is hand dyed in small batches for a truly unique skein!
I will be providing these three balls of Linen Concerto by Plymouth Yarn. This is a DK weight linen, rayon and cotton blend with a unique sheen that caught my eye from across the store. I chose a trio of colors that I thought worked well together. I started with the “Lavender Mix” colorway, and then added “Emerald” and “Grape” to bring out the purple and green tones in the first ball.
I’m so excited to see who wins and what the winners make with these beautiful prizes! There’s still time to enter. Just remember, for your entry to count, you need to have before and after pictures posted on the WIP wall and FO threads of the ravelry group. Here’s the Finish It Challenge 2014 rules post with the full rules, badges, and links.
We were hoping to have some sponsors and more prizes, but this is only our first year. Hopefully, we will be doing this again next year. If you are interested in sponsoring a prize next year, or know someone who might be, please let us know!

Does my design count as a finish it project?

did you start it at least 6 months ago? If so, then yes! but you have to post a WIP pic on the WIP wall and a FO pic on the FO catalog on Ravelry.

never mind, I see you started it on July 1st, so no, I wouldn’t count 🙁 Whatever happened to finishing your tea cozy for the challenge? You started that in January, right?

Yeh I got caught up! I didn’t finish nothing. My cats damaged the piece of the cozy I did have done . I still have a shawl scarf I could do. …I’m not sure anymore
