Materials

For this month’s tea cozy we’re starting with the Broken Rib Tea Cozy by Pamela Hendersen. Then, using some of the Ravelry projects made with this pattern as inspiration we can modify it into an apple or a pumpkin!

Materials for June tea cozy

I’m going to make an apple. I’m using the same red yarn that I used for the June cozy. The black yarn and beads were for that cozy, so you can ignore those. I have lots of green Caron Simply Soft yarn left over from the February cozy as well. I will be using some of that for the leaf.

I don’t think I’ll settle on which one to use until I actually get to that point. You can use the same leaf to make either an apple or pumpkin. Which variation of the cozy are you making?
